The price includes accommodation and a choice of breakfast from our menu including Full Scottish Breakfast, Continental or a Vegetarian/Vegan option.

Pets

Sorry, we do not allow pets.

Booking Confirmation & Deposit

In order to make a booking - Simply phone or Email us

We do require a deposit of 25% of the total cost of your stay.

This can be paid by Debit or Credit card through our Paypal account which can be found on our Tariffs Page.

We also accept Bank Transfer, Cash or Personal Cheque - Personal Cheques need to arrive 7 days in advance to allow for clearance.

Please Note: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo & Delta cards. but not Diner's Club or American Express due to excessive charges.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel please contact us immediately.

Cancellations made more than 7 days before your arrival date incur a charge of 20% of the balance, with the remaining amount refunded to you.

Cancellations made less than 7 days from your arrival date (or instances where you fail to cancel your booking and do not take your room) incur no refund from your balance.

If you need to cancel your booking due to adverse weather conditions or exceptional family circumstances we are happy to transfer your booking to another date if possible.

Arrival

Your accommodation will be available from 5.00pm on the day of arrival.

We may not be able to accommodate you if you arrive earlier than the agreed time as we will be busy preparing your rooms. However, you may drop off your bags and collect your room keys at an earlier time by prior arrangement.

Late Arrival Procedure

Please ensure you contact us if you will be arriving late, giving your estimated time of arrival.

Departure

On your date of departure please vacate your room by 11.00am.

Privacy Policy

Any data collected during the course of this booking will be stored on our computer(s).

With your permission we may from time to time contact you about promotions and offers.

We will not share your details with any third party.
